What will the session include?
You can expect to spend 45 minutes – 1 hour on the water.
We’ll start with a safety briefing and understanding what you’d like to get from the session before hitting the water.
Each session will take part in small groups and be tailored for you so whether it’s standing up, getting back on your board or just feeling confident on the water and all women coaching team will be here to help you.
You’ll finish the on the water session with a huge smile and then there will be an opportunity to change followed by a cuppa and chat with Plus Size Paddler.
What do you need?
Just you – we have wetsuits up to a UK30 and the other kit you’ll need. Got your own kit, that’s fine too – Bring your own board, paddle, wetsuit (expect to get wet), buoyancy aid and leash.

Don’t forget to bring dry robes to change in and warm clothes for after the session too.

Pay what you can afford.
We want the event to be as accessible as possible, we’ve set the ticket price to £10, if this is too much please get in touch, they’ll also be the opportunity for those that can afford more, to make an additional donation on the day which will go towards supporting the other programmes we run.
