Service Description
The session will be adapted to cover key elements of the following: Safety: weather, tides, water conditions, navigation, safe entry & exit, self-rescue, towing, planning a journey, clothing, equipment set up and maintenance Technique: standing, kneeling, prone paddling. forward paddling, turning, getting back on your board, paddling in different water and wind conditions *If you need equipment please book this for the same time as your lesson.
